I just got back from the creepy Gym. The attendance was down to about 1/4 of what it usually is. The few people there were almost entirely young adults. I saw one old geezer when I went into the men's room to wash my hands and looked into the mirror. The soap in the dispenser was new and evil smelling and contained maximum grit. Now I'm working on a serious case of dish pan hands. I guess it's necessary.

There's little vehicular traffic. The parking lot in front of my building is almost full. Many people aren't reporting for work, I guess. All the local restaurants are closed with the exception of fast food drive throughs. Anyone want a Big Mac?

The whole thing reminds me of something out of a Ray Bradbury Sci-Fi novel, you know, the scene just before the entire human race is destroyed by angry extra terrestrials.

It's creepy out there.
