Re: Have a good day - Nancy
Not that well. They can't get a fix on pain relief. This is causing a number of problems because my left leg is getting weaker instead of stronger. I have little appetite and have been running a fever for almost a week now. No antibiotics. I can't use a bedpan because I can't roll over and just getting out of bed on my failing left leg is agony. I can't get to the toilet. By the time I make it to the room's potty chair I'm in dreadful pain and in fear of falling. The people working here have no concept of the surgery I had and the fact It is not a common hip replacement. One aid is constantly yelling at me an forced me to roll the other night. She just pushed me over. I'm sure my screams were heard for miles. This is turning into a nightmare. How can anyone get well under these conditions? They don't even the woman's urine drain for the bedridden.
I don't know what to do. Talking to the Drs and people with any authority is a waste of time. I am medicated to the gills and still in endless pain.
