It should be interesting to see if the EPA is as aggressive as they have been in the past.
As for the Benzine, a carcinogen, they had to know what they were spewing into the air. All factories do. I know you have little interest in these issues for some reason, but since reading "The Silent Spring" by Rachael Carson, I have followed what goes on the best I can. Without strict regulations factories and refineries would have half the people poisoned where they operate. It's all about the bottom line. Scrubbers and filters cost money and must be maintained. Less profit.
