Yes, physical therapy always helps. I'm only allowed a certain number of visits, so I don't go if I feel better. And just lately I have been a bit better. Not only are the muscles weakened, but my back is bad. So when the back is better for whatever reason, the legs are a bit better too. I take it one hour at a time, adjusting to whatever is necessary, and what it is I need to get done. For a while I had a bad time driving, the right leg would give me trouble after a few minutes, and the right arm for a while, too. Now the right leg is able to drive OK, the arm which had gotten better, is a problem again. Go figure. But definitely, movement and strengthening is important.
This has been a hard winter. More cold and somewhat rainy, and I've had a cold and cough, a bladder infection, an abcessed tooth, and three extractions so far. Mike's not doing real well. I'm kind of tired.
