Would physical therapy help build your muscles back up? Is there anything that can be done to help you regain what was lost?
I'm getting more crippled because that right hip is deteriorating as time passes. It's painful to walk or stand. The damage is a combination of cancer, arthritis and bone spurs. It can never get better with time. I'll get the results of the MRI I just had this coming Thu when I see my onc'. I'm sure the news wont be good and have to accept that. But with the help of my husband, son and Jane, I am able to get out and do things many disabled people can't do. Those scooters are worth their weight in gold. I take Naproxin for pain and also an opioid if necessary. I don't know why some days are worse than others. The only anti-cancer drug I'm on now is an immunotherapy drug called Keytruda. I feel much better when not on one of the chemos.
RR and I just got over some kind of stomach virus. We were exploding from all ends if you get my drift. It lasted 48 hrs. Now we just feel tired and a little weak. We'll be going into town this afternoon for a few items at Wally World. It's nice to get out and see something different for a few hours.
