One seasoning I find disgusting is that cilantro. I gag on Curry. I also don't like any of the Asian Indian seasonings I've tasted. But I do use a lot of seasonings. I like the Durkee and McCormic spices for vegetables. They're called "Perfect Pinch." I use one called Nature's Seasons in a lot of dishes. I like Italian seasonings such as oregano and basil. I love garlic and onions. I'm getting my son addicted to the seasonings I use. Jane likes her food bland. She just uses a little salt and pepper. No exaggeration, I must have 40 or more different seasonings/spices in the pantry.
I can take or leave MX food. I don't like hot peppers or cilantro. Two things that seems to be in almost all their food. There is a good MX restaurant in town where I can get a meal without those two seasonings. El Torio's (sp?) has some really good dishes but the wait is long, it's expensive and very fattening so we haven't been there in over a year.
