Re: A fluid situation -
They have done nothing...that's the problem. Whether Democrat or Republican, Congress is supposed to work together for the good of the American public, help bring solutions to the table. There may be different views on any given subject and one view will prevail one time and another, the next....that's healthy. What has happened so far during this administration was the Dems directive to "resist" from the get-go. Any attempts to make needed changes were shut down and left up to the courts to decide instead of working together to find an acceptable alternative. I sat through and watched Congressional sessions that were telecast. Some Republicans in many cases were not much better. I believe in God but I'm not a religious person by any means, I don't think religion has a place in politics where people of all beliefs are the recipients. The difference between the two parties is that right or wrong, the Dems stick to together, it's very rare when someone has a different opinion that they'll speak out..such as not a peep on censuring the way Adam Schiff is conducting this Impeachment farce that defies due process. Republicans, on the other hand, have no problem voicing disagreement with one of their own. No matter how much Trump is disliked as a person, hated for his rhetoric, actions that have been taken or not taken, there is nothing he's done as President that we are aware of that is against the Constitution or not within his purview. Few people could have done as well under the circumstances, given as much of themselves and taken such abuse. Want him gone then vote him out. Don't insult our intelligence that we don't know what these new claims are about, trying to discredit him before the 2020 elections.
