You have an excellent point there about the land. But from their point of view it was their land, their farms and their homes.
When people came here they didn't dispossess English (UK) people who lived on the land for generations upon generations. Europeans forced the Native Americans off the land, killing them if necessary to take what they had for themselves.
As I understand it Europeans took CA and TX from those living there already. In some areas NAs and others, MXs. But you would know the history better than I do.
Because Israel won that war, and I remember when that happened, would not change the minds and feeling of those forced to leave their homes farms and villages. I can understand their frustration and anger. But to carry it on forever is not the answer. Someday let's hope they see that.
