My family believed my maternal grandmother had to be either 1/2 or 1/4 Jewish because of her being so fluent in Yiddish yet having lived outside any city or village. Where could she have, aside from nearby family, learned to speak it? Her and her sisters avoidance of the subject of their family. The foods she cooked. Supposedly Lutheran, she didn't observe any christian holidays - or any religious holidays at all. Grandpa Rudolf made the holidays for their children. They had reasons for their suspicions but no proof.
Now if I took a DNA test to know for sure, and no Jewish "blood" was found - does that make me a liar? All I know is what my family told me, just like Ms Warren.
Personally I don't care what or who I came from. It's not important.
It's pretty trashy and cheap of Trump to use this against the woman when he himself was caught in hundreds of lies and most are on video.
