The term "villa" is a real estate term typically used on one story condos that may resemble a private home rather than a condo apartment type building. A townhouse would be two stories, the bedrooms upstairs. What ours consists of is a group of units attached on at least one side if not two with a common roof. The construction is concrete. There is a main road coming in with secondary roads leading off it. Along the secondary road are "courts" with about ten units per court. Just outside each court on the secondary road is guest and commercial parking, mail boxes and garbage disposal containers. Inside the court in front of each unit there is a spot for the owner to park (not sure if there are two, don't recall) but other than the owner's car, no others are allowed to park overnight. They must use the outside parking spots. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit. Here are front and back views. In the front view, the full sliding glass doors are the kitchen. In the back view, the screened sunroom and the left windows are ours. The enclosed sunroom to the right is another unit.
