I have no idea what happens if someone dies and the rent on the lot is due. I imagine the people who inherit the estate are responsible for the rent. The MH parks make out either way because if the unit is abandoned they get to keep it to sell or rent out. You will see MH parks here where the MHs are from the 50s and 60s never having been moved from the day someone set them up on their lots. The MH park I spent almost a year in in TN before the land was cleared legally by the lake would junk some and sell some. Those worth saving would be repaired and sold. There were always one or two abandoned that were beyond saving and selling for back lot rent for the park owner. These sat away from the occupied lots and were junked. That particular park had all MHs that could be moved. No additions or screen rooms were allowed to be added. Here in FL if you look you will see that most parks allow these additions.
After all these years I don't know what these villas are you mention. I'm assuming they're small homes that can not be moved. Permanent structures. You didn't include pics from the outside.
