It consists of 960 one and two-bedroom Entrance units, 936 villas and 24 townhouses, built on 113 wooded and beautifully landscaped acres. We are professionally managed, with a full-time on-site manager, as well as a full-time office staff and maintenance department.
There are 2 heated pools, shuffleboard and bocce courts, newly resurfaced tennis courts and the property is interlaced with biking and walking paths. The clubhouse has been newly redecorated. There is a fully equipped exercise room, free access Wi-Fi, a well stocked library and a billiard room. A Saw & Hammer shop if someone likes to ‘”tinker”. Space can be rented in their secure parking facility for a boat, RV, or motorcycle.
The HOA fee includes taxes, water, garbage collection, grounds maintenance and basic cable. It's based on the unit..size and/or location. From what I know, about $250-$275/mo.max. My lawn man here costs $100/mo and more if he does anything extra than cutting the lawn.
There are rules and regulations but that's why it's kept so pretty. They'd be too restrictive for you but fit our lifestyle and where we are pretty much. The only thing that we can't do that George likes to do is feed the birds. There is no feeding wildlife because it attracts rats.
We are 12 miles from downtown West Palm Beach and 6 miles from the ocean.
