Your primary care Dr will send you to whatever specialist you need to see like mine did.
Had I known I'd end up like this I would have never taken such good care of my health all my life. I had hoped to stave things like what I'm dealing with now off to the bitter end. Aside from one cousin who died of brain cancer in her late 60s, the women in my family hang on into their late 80s and early 90s. This shortness of breath thing is a real PIA. Some days I have it and some I don't. That's what makes the Pul' Dr think it's some kind of allergy. The inhaler the Pul' specialist gave me doesn't do anything. 3 of the 4 tests I had to take showed I had better lung performance than average. They have a chart they go by for age, race etc.
After the echocardiogram next week I'll get the results of my heart function.
