I can't even remember what it was I needed help with because there is so much I do, but it was a couple of days ago. I called for information. I got a young lady with a heavy Hispanic accent. She was not able to field my questions or give me a straight answer. I might as well have not called. Then today I called Best Buy to find out why I never received my extended warranty when I bought a TV last year. I got a young man with a heavy Hispanic accent. He was not able to field my questions or give me a straight answer, either. His explanation was unsatisfactory and his attitude, like the young lady the other day, was that it was MY problem. I'm really tired of it.
