I have good days and not so good days. For me, a good day is walking one mile in 30 minutes on the treadmill followed by 30 minutes of not very strenuous weight lifting. Occasionally, I have a day when I just don't feel right doing all this and so I'll just schmooz with casual friends. I mentioned all this to my Doctor who explained. "You're getting older." I've decided that while getting older isn't great, not getting older is much worse.
This morning I woke up another day older and that's another victory.
