A month ago I started PT for my back and legs. Just to keep the program comprehensive, the therapist, who looked like he was 12 years old, had me do stretches in weird positions with stiff bands for my arms. I told him it didn't feel right, so he said just do the best you can. I did and have been in pain ever since. My arm is like rice krispies, snap, crackle and pop. At first it was localized between the elbow and the shoulder, eventually it became the whole area. The doctor suggested an MRI, it was a three week wait. I tried the hospital, and got in quicker, but their MRI machine was so old and small I would have had to raise my arm above my head for half and hour. I couldn't do it for the pain, so I kept the other appointment for the end of May. On the day of the appointment I got a call. The machine was broken. My MRI is now scheduled for next week, over a month from the injury. I've been using my left arm, but that's the arm I broke in three places years ago, and now that arm is hurting. Back and legs are still troublesome, plantar fasciitis is returning, and the whole thing is very depressing.
