Re: Paris fire -
I saw a documentary last night regarding a countdown of Jesus's week before the crucifixion on Netflix. It was very interesting, not so much from a religious point of view, but from the historic. What Jerusalem must have been like that week, way overcrowded with pilgrimages of Jews for Passover. Pilate and the Roman soldiers not usually there, but present to keep order. The crowds, a tinder box of people that could easily ignite. Jesus had made a scene with the money changers in the Temple bringing negative attention to himself. Interspersed through the show were historians, secular and religious giving views of the times. There were also relics in a museum of Pilate's name inscribed in a stone and I believe Caiaphas's bone box and a heel bone with a nail through it depicting the Roman's method of crucifixion. They took you through today's locations of where events supposedly took place up to Jesus's tomb. Very interesting and how explained made a lot of sense.
