Say its an Ice Fishing contest, A New Ford F-150, some cash, and a Gold watch, YOU win, you get The Truck, Cash, but somehow the Gold Watch seems to be missing, You call send emails, and No response from the leadership of the Reputable Non Profit.
You indicated reputable non profit. Any business or organization that doesn't follow through with their promises is not reputable. I would spread the word regarding their lack of integrity. Boycott the crooks/liars. Sell the Ford and buy a Chevy.
