2025 WI Cover Dog Ch

32 shooting dogs
14 derbies

Start running the championship on Thursday Oct 16. Derbies will start running on Saturday Oct 18. Starting time for Derby will be TBD later today. Not sure how many derby braces we will get done on Saturday. TBD.

The plan is to do 6 + 6 + 4 braces of championship in this continuous order:

Highline
Culvert
Crash
Diablo
County H
Horse Creek
Wilson Park
Gaseline

Drawing will be done by our third-party entry taker this morning. It will be certified by CVGDA and posted here later today as time permits.

Open Derby Draw

We will start the open derby on Chaney Road on 10/18/2025. Meet near "Knight's Pool Pavilion" at about noon. Continuous course derby. Not sure how many braces of derby we will try to get done on Saturday. Handlers will be notified.

Ch Draw

Championship will start at 7:16am on Thursday at Wilson Park. Follow a CVGDA member from Wilson Park, and head south on Hamilton Falls Road to the start of the Highline Course. About a 2mile drive.

On Friday morning, we will do the same thing, but instead will only go a short distance to the Wilson Park Course. About a 0.1 mile drive.
