Beaverton Grouse Dog Clubs spring trial results are as follows:
Wayne Fruchey Open shooting Dog Classic 1st place: Moss Meadow Seeker, Ken Moss owner and handler. 2nd Place: Rowling's Star, Chuck Rowling owner and handler. 3rd place: Moss Meadow Distant Belle, Bert Benshoof, owner and handler.
Eaton Spring Derby Classic: 1st Place: Honey, Bruce Minard handler 2nd place: Clover Valley's Evans, Jerry Furnish owner and handler. 3rd Place: Rowling's Donna, Chuck Rowling owner and handler.
NOTE; In my original post I reversed the 2nd and 3rd place Derby winners. They are now in the correct order! I apologize to the owners and the judges for making such a stupid mistake. Be assured that the ED forms are correct. Thank you Bert for bringing it to my attention.
Michigan Grouse Dog Puppy Classic: 1st place: Ahoy Captain Boomer, Danial Gehring owner, and Thom Butler handler. 2nd place: White Indian Outlaw, Thom Butler owner and handler. 3rd place: Erin's Green River Mike Francus owner and handler.
Thank you to all who came out and participated in this years running and also all those who helped in running the trial. We seen a lot of new faces this year and it appears grouse trials are alive and well with the many different people who came out!
