    Kilkenny work day

    The annual work day/ course cleanup day, is next mon. Aug 21. We meet at The Headquarters at the beginning of The Kilkenny Loop road at 7 am. Bring any equipment you may have, whackers, saws, brush cutters etc.. I don't know what we will find since the 2,000 plus Hippies left a couple of weeks ago....We may be able to get this all done Mon . !?. Any questions feel free to call me, at 603-723-4020

      I want to say "Thank You" to the folks who showed up today to help us clean up the courses in Kilkenny on our annual work day. Jim Hathaway, Nick Hamel, Kelly Hays, Peter Sperrin, Mike Gauthier and Art Hembrough. Tony Bly had a very sick dog so was at The Vets. John Stolgitis had gone in a couple of weeks ago and did the Deer Mountain course. We plan on using Golden Rod, Moosehorn, Ammonousac and Deer Mountain . The woods are full of water due to all the rain this summer, we strongly suggest good footwear ( rubber ?) . See you this fall in The White Mountain National Forest !

        We will have another work party Sunday Sept. 3 to finish cutting and cleaning the courses for this years running of The New England Open Grouse CH., we will meet at 8 am at The headquarters. Call me with any questions at 603-723-4020.
