Housekeeping items on the Maritime Bird Dog Club trial this weekend. Draw is 8pm this Wednesday and Russell Ogilvie will conduct the draw as he is not attending and will keep it at arm's length. Draw will be posted on this site and others. Change in derby judges. Saturday derby Steve Forrest and Trevor London. Sunday derby Steve Forrest and Jon Cullen. No matter what course the shooting dog stake finishes on, the derby will start on course #1. I will be out of town on Friday and will be late getting home so anyone staying at Norm's can get together and grab a pizza at Jack's Pizza located beside the Gun Dealer. Looks like a good draw so far. Weather looks like it might be a little warm but no humidity. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the weekend in McAdam.

Just a reminder on the Labor Day Weekend Trial coming up in McAdam, NB. Really hoping local folks support this trial as I believe there is a need for weekend trials on wild birds. Even if you are new to field trials this would be a great trial to jump in and see what it's all about. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
