    Grand National Grouse and Woodcock Invitational Championship Update, Motels and Accommodations

    Grand National Grouse Invitational Championship update:
    The host Field Trial Club, The Black Moshannon Field Trial Club with Jeff Keller has made arrangements to secure a number of motel rooms at the Best Travel Inn in Philipsburg. They will be holding 15 rooms until March 20th. Tell them when you call to make a reservation that you are with the field trial and that the rate is $75.00. They can be contacted at 814-342-2004.
    Additionally, there are other places in the area, at the Clearfield Exit are several hotels and there are also numerous Bed/Breakfast facilities along with VRBO’s. The B&B’s and VRBO’s mainly exist for the Penn State Football Games and should be readily available.

      For those coming from out of the area for both the Nittany trial and the Invitational, the Best Travel Inn will give the same rates for the weekend before the Invitational. If you're looking for good places to eat or places to explore when not trialing, give me a shout or text; 814.321.1339.
