Location: State Gamelands 107
Date: Saturday, March 28th at 9:00 AM

In partnership with the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), volunteers from Turkeys for Tomorrow and the Ridge Country Chapter of The Ruffed Grouse Society will be planting crabapple trees on State Gamelands 107.

Trees will need holes dug and cages made in order to protect them from deer and other wildlife as they get started.

Volunteers, please plan to bring work gloves and a shovel.

Directions: Please park at this lot at N.40.64009, W. -7743519 and drive to the lot via Back Maitland Road. You will not be able to access it via Hower Gap Road or Wagner Road, both of which are washed out and require four-wheel drive, but fair warning, GPS might try to route you from that direction. We will provide a map closer to the date.
