Winner NW Cedar finished with a strong, forward, and at times a far reaching race; two well handled woodcock finds; and a dug up, buried in find on a pair of grouse that took about 15 minutes to locate her.

Second place NS Bell was strong and forward running; classy with her two woodcock finds; and required very little handling to keep her in the pocket.

Third place OTH Morgan scored two nice woodcock finds. The small but speedy pointer covered the ground effortlessly and was forward reaching, especially in the second half.

Birds were scarce, jumpy, and hard to handle. These winners offered up plenty more than just bird work.
