In the Jersey Metro Division, Matawan has made the jump to 2nd place. They are playing wet and looking to solidify at least a playoff spot while trying to catch Harlem for the Division. Topeka has a 3 game ahead of Florida and in 3rd place. Can they hold off Florida for that final playoff spot. Does either team go for it, stay the course, or just make minimal acquisitions. Will the 4th place Florida Headhunters buy or sell at the deadline, or do both? Indiana and Colorado have good teams but this doesn't seem to be the year unless a huge hot winning streak is in the cards? Probably not but you never know.
Conn Woods Division had Louisiana in 2nd place by 2 games. They were in 1st place until a recent losing streak set them back. A turn around is needed but at least a playoff spot and potentially the Division title is still possible. The other 4 teams are separated by 2 games and it will be a fight until the end of the season for these teams. Bedstuy's Mets have hit a rough patch, Connecticut's Mariners are on a roller coaster ride, Morris County is technically in 3rd place and has been a steady force, and California has been fighting to get out of the basement with their recent sweep of Louisiana has them thinking big and wanting to reclaim a playoff spot. Is there any separation before the trading deadline between the teams in this division? We'll see...
