CJIBL manager of the 2023 season is from the Chicago Wildcats. They improved from last place and one of the worst seasons to second place and third best record in the 2023 CJIBL season.

Other managers are looking at the way that Chicago did this and are trying to replicate this exact plan for the 2024 season. We'll see if it can be done.
