SECTION G
7) SHOULD A MAJOR LEAGUE GAME BE SUSPENDED (VARIOUS REASONS) THE GAME IN OUR LEAGUE WILL BE HELD IF THAT SUSPENDED GAME IS COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING DAY AND IS PICKED UP WHERE THE SUSPENDED GAME LEFT OFF. IF THE GAME IS NOT COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING DAY OR IS RESCHEDULED FOR LATER IN THE MAJOR LEAGUE SEASON, THE SCOREKEEPER WILL THEN REFER TO THE NEXT GAME THAT A PLAYER PLAYS IN (CARRYOVER EFFECT) FOLLOWING THE SAME RULES AS A RAINED-OUT GAME IN SECTION G RULE #3 ABOVE. RESUMED SUSPENDED GAMES THAT ARE NOT COMPLETED ON THE FOLOWING DAY ARE NULL AND VOID OF ALL STATISTICS. IF A PLAYER DOESN'T START/PLAY BOTH GAMES, THEN USE THE FIRST GAME THAT THE PLAYER STARTS/PLAYS.

There have been a few suspended games recently, so I just want to make sure that everyone is scoring those games in the same manner.
Suspended Games Scoring: For clarification, Example: Red Sox/Mets game was suspended, resumed the next day (on Saturday), and then they had their regularly scheduled game on Saturday.
SP for Friday's suspended game count. They started on that particular day.
Position Players: If a position player starts both games, then suspended game counts for Friday, and Saturday's game counts for Saturday. If a position player only starts one of these two games, then ONLY take the game that the player started and count it for both games.
RP: If an RP pitches in both games, then one game counts for Friday and the other game Saturday. Since not many RP players are used twice on the same day, use the first game that the player pitched for both Friday and Saturday, like a doubleheader.
Hope this clarifies the rule better or re-enforced the rule for GM's.
