2023 CJIBL News Reminders:

- All teams will cut down to 40 players (not 41) by Tuesday 3/28/23 by 8pm.

- CJIBL regular season will begin on Thursday, 3/30/23. All lineups sure be sent out to the respective GM's and the Commissioner before games begin.

- Extra Inning Loss is -5 (not -15) due to the Ghost Runner rule implemented by MLB.

- Holds will be +10 (not +7.5) for the 2023 CJIBL season. Regular CJIBL Holds Rules apply.

- 2024 CJIBL Salary cap will be $425 (not $450) for 2024 CJIBL season.
