The Ghost Runner in MLB is to curtail longer games during extra innings. RP gives up an unearned run and gets the loss a lot of times. This is NOT ideal for CJIBL. As long as MLB implements the ghost runner during extra innings, I would like to amend the scoring in this regard.

For extra innings ONLY, if a RP gets a LOSS, it should be -5 instead of -15. Just like a Blown Save Win is ONLY +5 instead of +15, this would be a better realistic interpretation of the ghost runner rule for CJIBL purposes.
