To qualify for the 2022 IR before 1st Cuts and before the MLB Regular Season (if the regular season starts on time), a player must be out until at least June of 2022.

For Opening Day, we can use the 60 Day IL and out for the season designations.

Before 1st cuts, we need to make sure that the player is out until at least June to qualify for the IR through a proven media source.

Each player's distinction will be on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Commissioner or the Vice Commissioner for any clarifications that need to be made.
