My dad was working on a plane in Jackson Mississippi and going through a check list and looked up and saw a big belt buckle.... and it was Jerry Reed standing there asking him when it was going to be ready to fly.

When my dad told me that story in 1978 my first words were....."do you think he is still there?!"....lol....I was 8 whatcha gonna do....lol

He said he shocked him so much he didn't think to say much to him other than talking about the plane.

Afterwards he thought.....I should have asked him this, I should have told him that...lol
