The owner we got our OEB puppy from in DEC will not give us the papers on our puppy. He told us that it was registered through the WBA. I have the owners name and zip code. Is there anything you can do to help me? I'm so frustrated! Its been 10 months and he promised us papers on the sell of the dog. But now he refuses to give us any info. Please let me know if you could be of any help.
