remember the breed is "scatterbred" meaning many unrelated ansestors and even several types of bull breeds blended into it. when you have that kind of genetic diversity, you get all kinds of muzzle types, ear set types, head types , body styles all in a litter.
Unless you find a linebred bloodline that breeds specific, this is what happens.
bulldogs need a good year or two to fill into their adult body,
lots of bone to grow and muzzles will also take time to finish into the complete head set.
