According to this and some other news repors I've been reading, the King is moving to cover his brother's moving expenses and living expenses with an ongoing "stipend". One remark states this is to prevent his brother "overspending", although I'm mystified how someone can "overspend" when they don't have the actual funds to so do and unlikely that the former pedo prince or his spendthrift ex- would be deemed credit-worthy even by the easiest credit card compay on the planet.
