It would be very odd if any future children of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor would be known by any titles or styles although it wouldn't surprise me if he tried to make it so.
At the ripe old age of 65 I doubt he has any plans to remarry given that he has never bothered in all the years since his divorce. On the other hand, if he needs money to furnish his lavish lifestyle a wealthy widow or heiress would likely come in handy. Who would put it past him?

A question here and just hypothetical: if the former Prince Andrew were to remarry and have further children, would those children be Lord/Lady as "the grandchildren of a monarch"? Of course, only a deceased monarch, but doesn't the rule on style hold true in that situation also? Or have I missed something in the removal of Andrew's titles/style that doesn't allow for other children to receive at least the style of "Lord/Lady"? From the wording of the statement that removes Andrew's own remaining titles/style, I don't see any additional explicit reference to "his heirs" at all.
