To be honest they move you past the chapel so quickly that you cannot take it all in. I do not recall seeing the medallions when I was there last month, but then I was focusing on the memoral tablet.

In the centre of the chapel floor is a memorial tablet that lists George VI, then Elizabeth then a Garter Star and then Elizabeth II and Philip - with their dates. Princess Margaret's memorial tablet is in the right hand side of the chapel. A picture of the memorial tablet was issued by the Palace in 2022, but the public cannot take pictures.
BW is asking about the medallions, which can be seen on the wall above the black memorial slab. There is also one above the memorial slab for Princess Margaret. The picture below is from 2002 after the burial of the Queen Mother. It shows the two medallions on the wall of King George VI and the Queen Mother. Also the medallion for Princess Margaret can be seen.
