I think they used to hand these things out like candy to even the more distant cousins, not just actual guests.

I note the Pr Phillip wore the 1937 Coronation medal . Would anyone know why ? He was 16 at the time and still at school. He did not attend the coronation . I have researched this and there isn’t much information out there .
