Frankly I find all these tributes and attention to 'anniversaries of the deaths' of QEII or Diana all a bit dramatic. I have the feeling the family would also prefer less drama. They remember her in private. The Queen was monumental. Period.
I don't know what your comment has to do with the original post I made. However, there is no law that states that any royal needs to wear a kilt. It is their personal preferance to wear one or not.
