I understand where you are coming from, Gary. I am nearer 80 than 70 and have never known such public unhappiness with privilege and the elite one percent. Britain is now a socially and economically divided country and displays of wealth and privilege are not looked upon kindly. Of course I will enjoy watching the ceremonial but very many will not. I have been surprised by the indifference towards the event I have encountered. I remember the 1953 coronation clearly and we are now living in a very different world.
