I've never been the least interested in trying Coronation Chicken. I have too much regard for my taste buds. The only festive thing about it is its colour. And curry powder has for so long been an essential ingredient in the British kitchen, that I wouldn't classify Coronation Chicken as neo-colonial.

But a QUICHE? To celebrate the coronation of a British King! It's too much to fathom.
