Thank you for this link. I am somewhat confused by the date, however. The Letters Patent is dated 13 February. Does that mean Prince William wasn´t actually Prince of Wales (and Earl of Chester) until that date, or is this merely a formality and the date of the announcement by the King in September is the actual date of appointment?
