Among the Royal Victorian Order awards are the Duke of Norfolk (GCVO), and some courtiers including a KCVO for Clive Alderton (Principal Private Secretary to The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall) and a CVO for Elizabeth Harriet Bowes-Lyon (Lady-in-Waiting to The Princess Royal).
But there does not appear to be any Jubilee-related awards. There were such awards both in 2002 and in 2012, but in a separate list after the event.
Have you seen this? It was published a few days ago I think.

The Queens birthday honours were announced today. There is a GCVO for the Duke of Norfolk, Earl Marshal. Other than that, no apparent Jubilee-related honours. Perhaps there will be another, small Jubilee-list with appointments to the Royal Victorias Order later, as in 2012 and 2002.
