I saw him live very early in his career in the AWA, and he was soooooooo terrible at first. I mean bad in a way that's even hard to describe, and he was trying to work super light, and that made it look even worse. He had a match against Blackjack Mulligan in Green Bay that just stunk to high heaven, they couldn't get a top wrist lock right, and the other wrestlers were out of the locker room watching it, which was a rare thing to happen there. But a guy with that size and look was gonna get a shot, especially in that era. But, he really floundered before the Razon Ramon gimmick, which I consider to to be one of the very best sports entertainment gimmicks ever, and he played it so well. Then, he hit it even bigger with the NWO, but sadly he was a deeply troubled individual, and that brought him down. A very interesting career and life, like the highest of highs and the lowest of lows was the saga of Scott Hall.
