Yes, majorly, with literally zero of him ever being back in touch, it's not gonna happen. And looking at him on TV a few weeks ago, the day when he's no longer running the WWE is within sight, not sure when, but, it's coming. Plus, with the closure of the 2nd attempt of the XFL, and firing/furloughing all kinds of people, his reputation of him being a piece of shit is more so than ever, and deservedly so. He's a piece of shit, but he's always been what he is now. If you do business with him, know what he is going in. he could have sold the XFL name and made 150 million dollars, instead, he tried to open it again to make up for a past failure, which has haunted him. He still has never had a success outside of wrestling. That burns his ass. He's always been the best thing, and the worst thing, for the WWE, and for pro wrestling/sports entertainment, in general, but now his "best" aspects have left him in his old age.
I don't see the WWE selling to Disney, or anyone, in Vince McMahon's lifetime, but, the fact is the value of the company is slowly going down, not up, and a lot of their value now is on reputation only, not current results. They could hit on something hot that would raise them back up for a time, but I don't see it on the horizon, or know what it would be. They wouldn't let anyone as big of a star as say the Rock, even if they had someone who could pull it off, which they don't. Pro wrestling/sports entertainment will always be around in some form, always, but in the years to come I see it as being more of a niche thing overall, then a popular mainstream thing. I don't see it getting super hot mainstream again, the world has changed, too much going on, unless they hit on a huge talent that transcends it somehow.
