Just from my view, I'd bet Municipal Auditorium will be the alternative if any.

All this building in Nashville is coming with such a high price they are pricing out anyone in Nashville who isn't bringing in a big paycheck.
I am betting the rent will be so high it won't work as someone will be charging big for parking and tickets.
