Not taking away anything from Plunkie, who I think would be a fine trainer to show someone the ropes, but Red Bastien was a pretty legendary guy & president of the Cauliflower Alley Club for several years. But I get it. From a different era where only history nerds like myself know who he is. I didn't know a lot about him till a few years ago when he passed. I just couldn't resist defending him. Lol!
