This is my experience

So maybe you aren't reading my posts correctly? |
Regular season we use the Dudley Pro-M in conference. About mid May we started getting 'DV'coded balls. They didn't fly well. We used those the rest of the year. We called them the Death Valley or bad batch Pro-M's.
At USSSA Worlds we got Pro-M's with 'EV' or 'EC' code for the most part and they played like a pro m is supposed to play. Everyone was happy.
At USSSA Major the balls didn't show up on Wednesday for the 1st day. Some sort of delay with shipping due to the hurricane. We used Dudley Stadium ZN's utrip had in storage presumably left over from the Hall of Fame Classic where they performed well and everyone was happy.
Wednesday they went and picked up the new Stadium ZN's which finally made it to Orlando because they were almost out of the good ones used on Wednesday.
So Thursday and the rest of the tournament they used the new Stadiums that had a 'DV' code. As they opened the boxes they tested them and the majority were junk and a few boxes tested good. But all had the DV code.
Nobody was happy with the DV coded balls as scores were as low as 4-3.
The players were able to move most of the DV coded balls covers with their fingers but that is all they had.
They talked about using the pro-m but never did. Now back in the C Worlds there were no complaints and the Pro-M was fine. But in the stadium for the major we don't use the Pro-M.
This is my personal experience, research, etc. I don't know what usssa told the teams but all the teams I talked to knew they were "bad batch", or moving covers, or softer covers, or whatever you want to call it.
Does that help clear things up or are you still confused and saying I am lying or are you saying usssa is lying? And if so, what am I or usssa lying about?
