No Smash stats in Cincy report

Pretty sad that sis and other teams including AA teams can’t send in stats on time.

Smash It just sent stats for Cincy but owes pictures of the game sheets for Cincinnati, Smoky, and Chicago.

Bay Area Legends is missing Cincy stats.

Nightmare is missing Smoky and KC stats.

Precision is missing Smoky and Chattahoochee stats

4with.com is missing Cincy stats.

Nitro Circus Klutch is missing Smoky stats.

TG Brand is missing Cincy, Smoky, and Chicago stats.

Nitro Circus 199 is missing the entire 2022 seasons stats.

Bay Area Vivid is missing the entire 2022 seasons stats.

Nightmare don't have Columbus either. The last stats they have are from Chicago. You figure Nolan would have someone doing it . maybe there new score keeper, coach, assistant doesn't know how to turn the stats in without Nolan being in there.

Literally easiest thing in the entire world to use. Could be automatically sent in to DW. BUT Boomers will always want to "do it the old way" and spend hours on hours using paper and then not send them in anyways lol. Imagine spending your free time sitting around trying to manually add up stats when it could have all been done for you in real time days ago.

in theory, game changer is great. however, some teams have to keep the book by committee (no set score keeper) due to coaches/ sponsors also being regular players. Some times that book can go a couple of hitters without being updated and has to be filled in after the fact because whoever was keeping the book was called upon to pinch hit. There have also been many events where we have played through the night and everyone's phones have died. Cant use game changer if you dont have power to do so. Game changer is easier when teams have someone designated to do the book and only the book but this isnt a luxury that every team has.

I get your point but there are ways around that, These teams/sponsors spend upwards of 100s of thousands of dollars every year, What is another couple of hundred bucks on a tablet, less than $40 on a data plan, and get on amazon and buy a battery pack for less than $50. It blows my mind how these teams will keep a paper book still and like Turd said spend hours trying to do stats for DW when all he has to do is sign in to your GC account and pull it all by a click of a button lol. I will literally argue this to the grave that all you're doing is making your lives a lot harder when it can be solved by a simple app.

I remember when GameChanger was relatively new there were a lot of glitches where at bats went missing or allocated to the wrong player or tallied up incorrectly. Could have been user error but it happened on the USA side as well as individuals trying it for USSSA. Scorekeepers may feel paper could be more foolproof, albeit tedious.

The USA problem wasn't a software problem it was the scorekeepers that would miss substitutions or enter a players name twice etc.

User error.

Same for the USSSA Major World Series the past two years. Scorekeeper not getting the substitutions or entering a player twice usually because the person giving the lineup would use nicknames on one lineup sheet and real name on another.

Understand this games a game of OBP not averages where they say something is an error when a player left there feet to dive for a ball and miss it lol bunch of incompetent people in the upper room not to mention Berny saying that’s a hot smash when it was a 6 hopper lol

Truth be told I do the stats for hubspub/gas. I personally will not go to game changer because I'm that guy. There's times when I'd rather see a stat written down than going thru a tablet. Jmo

just out of curiosity how long does the process take? between tallying everything up, entering and then sending the stats in?

I can show teams how to tally stats and send them in and it takes 15 minutes

but some of these teams don’t send them in for weeks
