I know the team is still around but does the company still exist? I been waiting for 7 months for a return and nobody answers the phone or Facebook. I've noticed they don't post much on Facebook anymore. Is there any reps on theoldscout? Who can I talk to?

i still have yet to receive my receipt for the bat i bought in the fall 2021. cannot even get a returned message anymore. proton and suncoast are proving why the masses prefer to stick with the main established companies that have a proven history with customer service. At this point monsta has been the only "startup" that i have seen go through the going pains while trying their best to take care of their customers.

LMFAO, Carl lying and voiding warranties and pissing people off was not the best way to go about it. He cost himself sales even when the product was superior for USA.

I'm still waiting on a bat also. The contact I had at proton was a gentleman named charles, very nice but not truthful at all. I will never buy a proton bat again.

I cant believe the Smiths would put their name on this product. I believe in the Smith's when it comes to business, I have 0 faith in Charles.

I bought a sanders bat from proton. I guess when I see Charles at the next tournament I’ll ask him about it.

For "start ups", I'd say Pure has overcome most of their issues they've had. Last year and this year have been pretty solid years for them. No more handle issues, paint seems to be holding well, no more long waits on bats. CS has been good.

It was a good but also hard first year for us. Our first bats were great but then we encountered a manufacturing issue and most of our bats broke very fast. Hurt our credibility, reputation, and financial but we are prepared to fix that.

We had to had to slow down to identify and fix the issue and wanted to ensure that is didn’t happen again again. I actually paid good money to have those bad bats made and watched them all just break. it was brutal. The problem has been solved and believe players will be impressed with our product.

We just like all most all other companies importing products have encountered very long delays. We have done our best to respond to everyone that reaches out looking for answers.

We should begin shipping bats next week and are introducing new bats as well. There are some exciting things coming. Including bats that are holding compressing and performing very well. Our players on the AA and Ladies team can speak to this as well.

We truly have been doing our best and I acknowledge it has been a shitty situation. Thank you to everyone who has been patient with the us and we will take care of you for doing so.

Our teams are not folding although we have temporarily suspended promoting on social media while customers continue to wait. The bats will be shipping soon, and there are great things coming. I am committed to this and making a great bat for the players.

Word on the streets is you (Charles) no longer own Proton. That Dan & Steve took it over and it is Smith Bat company or along those lines.

Why do you have so many factory players leaving? With rumors of more getting ready to leave? Key guys are unhappy being owed so much for so long? Blows my mind these guys put their heart and soul out for a company as long as reputations and you treat them like dirt. I saw one guy went out of his way and bought someone a bat from a different company cause they had been waiting so long for returns just to make things right. Pretty sad if you ask me

Seems like proton is the only bat manufacturer unable to get bats in. They lost an entire conference team mid season.
